Eligibility
This certificate is valid for reservation registration offering a bundled air and hotel package for two adults aged 21 or older. Only one redemption per household is permitted every 24 months. The certificate is non-transferable and void if bartered or sold.
Booking Requirements
Reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice from the desired travel date. The certificate must be redeemed (registered) before the expiration date printed on the certificate. Once registered, travelers have 24 months to complete their travel.
Travel Dates & Availability
Departures and hotel check-in are available on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays only. Certificates are not valid during major holidays, holiday weekends, spring break periods, or dates coinciding with major conventions or special events in the destination city. Availability is subject to capacity and blackout dates.
Destinations
Travel is available from any airport within the continental United States. Travelers may depart from and arrive at any commercial airport in the contiguous 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are excluded.
Costs & Fees
Travelers are responsible for all applicable taxes, airline taxes, airport fees, and a $50 non-refundable activation fee. The $50 activation fee is applied directly toward the total tax cost due at the time of booking — it is not an additional charge. Remaining taxes and fees will be disclosed prior to confirming your reservation. The certificate covers the base airfare and hotel accommodation costs only.
No Sales Presentations
Acceptance of this travel certificate does not require attendance at any timeshare presentation, sales meeting, or promotional event. This guarantee is absolute and unconditional.
Restrictions
This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer, discount, or coupon. It has no cash surrender value. Only one certificate may be redeemed per household per 24-month period. The certificate is void where prohibited by law.
Booking Process
After activating your certificate online, a licensed travel agent will contact you within 2–3 business days to discuss your travel preferences, confirm availability, and finalize your booking. All travel arrangements are made by phone with a dedicated travel agent.
Modifications & Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed, changes may be subject to fees. Cancellation policies vary by airline and hotel. Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
The issuing company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its control. The maximum liability is limited to the face value of the certificate.
