ASN memberships are personal and non-transferable unless specifically stated in your membership agreement (e.g., Diamond Elite Legacy Edition). Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in your specific membership contract.
ASN's 200% Price Match Guarantee applies to identical accommodations (same property, room type, dates, and booking conditions) found at a lower publicly available rate. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. ASN reserves the right to verify claims and determine eligibility.
ASN acts as a travel concierge and membership organization. We facilitate access to travel services provided by third-party suppliers. ASN is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or membership.
